As she pursues her own big goals of becoming number one in the world in mogul skiing and making her second appearance on the Olympic stage, Tess aims to play a major role in the lives of young women to help guide them and give them the confidence needed to commit to pursuing their own dreams.
She is passionate about empowering young women physically, emotionally, and mentally. She says, “every woman has something great to offer the world, sometimes it just takes another woman to help her realize that.”
